How to join/renew

Visitors are encouraged to try us out before joining.

You can try us out for a trial period of two weeks – free!

New memberships and annual membership renewals can be made online.

All memberships are for the period 1 December 2017 through to 31 March 2019. Renewals will be required for all members in March 2019.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP ^ Associate memberships enable non-active members to remain part of the Woodstock community. See below for more details. $20


* Concession memberships are available for seniors (65+) and full-time students (18+). Please note we do not accept members under 18 years of age, although younger runners are welcome to attend our sessions if accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a member.

^ Associate memberships are designed to enable non-active members to remain part of the Woodstock community. You must be a previous full member of the club in order to qualify for this membership.

Associate members are entitled to:
1. Access and participate in the Facebook group
2. Receive email distributions
3. Participate in five sessions a year

Associate members are not entitled to:
1. receive awards at the annual awards night
2. receive a uniform with membership.

    I’m looking to start running again after a long hiatus and am interested in joining some of your weekly sessions, particularly the Monday track session. My break has been so long now that I am probably a non-runner. Is this group suitable for non-runners? If it is, how do I get started?

    Hi Kelly,

    Am not sure if someone has got back to you. Sorry if not! All our sessions have a mixture of ‘abilities’, so fear not. Each track session is designed to cater for all, so you will be able to start your training again and continue to improve and am sure get back to where you were and beyond. Just rock up to a session and make yourself known to the Coaches. We have a two-week trial period so you can check us out and then decide what you’d like to do. Hope that helps and Happy Running!

    Hi Sarah,

    That is a great idea. Just simply enter their details. With the email address, use your own and then when you give them the gift just email through to us to update the email address.

    Don’t forget to do a creative ‘gift certificate’ for their 2017 Membership. If you are going to get them a top too, have a go at guessing their size, but don’t worry too much as we should be able to change it if it doesn’t fit. If you’re thinking of doing it for Xmas, get it early and please take a pick at the gift ceremony!

  5. Hey, just wondering if it’s too late to join for this year. Just moved back to the area and am starting to train for the SMH Half and maybe the GC full (I”m a shockingly slow runner so not sure about this yet). And, do you have different levels of abilities too? I’d be on the lower run/walk end.

    Also, is it a “come to any session” you like kind of arrangement?

    Hi Karen,
    Now is the perfect time to join! Our membership year runs from March to March each year, but if you join now you get until 31 March 2018 – over 13 months.
    Our runners have a wide range of abilities. I would probably recommend you try a Monday or Thursday session to start off with, as these are time based intervals which allow everyone to run at their own pace. You are free to come to as many or as few sessions as suits you, and this can vary week to week.
    If you want to give us a try you can trial us for two weeks for free. Just show up at any session and introduce yourself.
