Piece - Upcoming Coaching Course
Are you interested in joining
the Woodstock Runners coaching team? The next Level 1
Community Athletics Coach course is being held on Sunday
December 13, and is your introduction to becoming a qualified
coach.
The course
includes:
1. General principles:
communication, group management, safety, organisation and
instruction of practical activity.
2. Development of the
fundamental skills of the sport: running, jumping and
throwing.
3. An understanding of the
long-term participation needs of the beginning participants in
the sport.
Members who are interested are
encouraged to register. For more information, speak to Angela
