Mondays – Monday Night Track (MNT)

Where – King George Park, Rozelle.
When – 6:30pm for approximately an hour
What – A different speed work each week. Interval training such as Fartlek, hills, time trials, beep tests, you name it.

Tuesdays – 9/10/11km runs around our home base

Where – Croydon Park RSL – 155 Seymour Street, Croydon Park, just off Georges River Road
When – 6pm for approximately an hour
What – Various runs starting and finishing at the Croydon Park RSL. Each week is a different run.

Thursdays – Thursday Night Track (TNT)

Where – Campbell Athletic Track – Princess St, Canterbury (entry @ end of Andrews Ave)
When – 6:30pm for approximately an hour
What – A different speed work each week. Interval training such as Fartlek, hills, time trials, beep tests, you name it.

Saturdays – 7-9km runs around the Drummoyne area followed by coffee

Where – Brett Park – Henley Marine Drive, Drummoyne
When – 7:20am
What – Various runs starting and finishing at Brett Park (Formosa St side). Each week is a different run.
