Free – Trial Two Weeks Membership

Visitors are encouraged to try us out before joining. You can try us out for a period of two weeks – free!

Just come along to any of our four weekly sessions and introduce yourself to the friendly coaches and runners. We meet four times a week, every week, all year round.

Monday night:  6:30pm at King George Park, Rozelle for interval training.
Tuesday night:  6pm at Croydon Park RSL for 8-12km.
Thursday night:  6:30pm at Campbell Athletic Track, Ashbury for interval training,
Saturday morning:  7:20am at Brett Park in Drummoyne for 7-9km.
