FORSTER RUNNING FESTIVAL (8-9 September 2013)

Woodies,

Forster Festival Trip – Update

With so many races on at the moment, who knows where to go?!

This is a super-busy weekend with the rearranged Woodford to Glenbrook and Bankstown Hidden Half, but there remains interest for a trip up to Forster, most notably known for its beaches and snail-pace lifestyle, but also home to Club Forster – http://www.clubforster.com.au/.

The Festival offers a Half, 10km, 5km and 4km events, so something for everyone. Head here to register –http://www.forsterrunningfestival.com.au/event/events/

As normal, we shall head up of the Saturday morning and return on the Sunday afternoon/evening. For transport, accommodation (shared with a fellow Woody – not alone) and evening meal it is approx $150 depending on final numbers. If you didn’t quite make it onto the Mudgee Trip, a first time Tourist or need a break for the City racing hustle and bustle before you hit another race, this may be for you!

To secure your spot on the bus, email president@woodstockrunners.org.au by Friday 30th August 2013.

Happy Running!
