Commonwealth Championships 19/9/2009 (100km)

An update from Cumbria....

The aussie men were 4th, 5th and 9th overall which was great. Terrence best of the Aussies with 7:17, then Tim Cochrane 7:19 and Brendan on 7:26 or something which was a huge PB over his only other 100km time of 8:05(??).

They got a silver medal for being 2nd team - awesome effort.

We are very proud to have two of our members (Brendan Davies & Tim Cochrane) representing Australia at the 100km event in the Commonwealth Championships.
