C2S Timing Tags

City2Surf 2009 (and Herald Half 2009) used electronic timing tags that
were not required to be returned at the end of the race - they could be
considered a "souvenier". We decided to collect tags from Woodstock
members following the City2Surf in the hope that they could be reused
cheaply such that Woodstock internal races (handicaps etc.) could be
electronically timed. Alex Hill thought of the idea to use this area to collect info on the
tags.
